Private AI, on-device

Meet Trinity:
your own private AI,
living right on your phone.

No account. No subscription. No sending your words off to someone else's computer. The brain downloads once, lives on your device, and works wherever you are — plane, tunnel, or campsite.

Why it matters

Built for the way you actually work.

Works offline

Open it on a plane, in a tunnel, or on a campsite. The brain is already on your device — no "you're offline" error.

Truly private

Your questions never leave your hand. Sensitive work notes and rough ideas stay on the phone.

No meter running

No monthly fee, no daily cap. Ask once or a hundred times — it costs the same because it runs on-device.

What it actually does

A toolkit that happens to talk back.

Trinity is more than a chat box. Here are the things your team will reach for every day — all running locally, with one optional web-search button when you choose to use it.

Chat with an offline brain

Explain a concept, draft a message, brainstorm, or ask follow-ups. The knowledge base keeps answers grounded — and you can clear it anytime.

Talk instead of type

Voice mode gives you a back-and-forth out loud — perfect when your hands are busy or you're on the move.

Workflow shortcut

The "/" trick is the one to remember.

If your job has you asking the same kinds of things over and over, this saves real time. In the chat box, type a single slash and your saved prompts pop up. Tap one and it fills in instantly.

  • 1Add your own prompts in a few seconds.
  • 2Delete ones you don't need.
  • 3Set it up once and the app feels built around your habits.

Why we want the team on it

Four honest reasons.

  1. 1Genuinely useful for everyday workDrafting, summarizing, explaining, checking, brainstorming — it handles the small tasks that eat the day.
  2. 2Respects privacy by designWhen questions involve our work, it matters that they don't leave the device.
  3. 3Costs nothing to runNo per-seat license or usage meter, so there's no reason to ration it.
  4. 4It's ours to shapeThis is our own build. As you find things you wish it did, tell us — we can actually add them.

Private rollout

Request the APK.

Trinity is shared privately with my team and close family for now. Drop your details below and the request pings my phone — I'll send you the Trinity-debug.apk and a quick install note.

Android only. Trinity is a native Android app installed from an APK — it doesn't run on iPhone or iPad.

Once you have it

Three steps to set up

  1. 1Install the APK on your Android phone.
  2. 2Open Trinity and let it finish the first-time brain download.
  3. 3Try voice mode, type "/", or hand it a PDF.

First-five-minute tips

  • Try voice mode and just talk to it.
  • Type "/" to see starter prompts, then add one of your own.
  • Hand it a PDF and ask, "What are the main points?"

We want your feedback

This is a real test, and your everyday use is the most valuable part of it.

If something feels slow, confusing, or missing — or if there's a feature that would make your day easier — say so. That feedback is exactly what turns this from a good tool into the one you actually keep using.

Give it a real try this week. We think it'll earn a spot on your home screen.
